About Us
Atlas-GOSS was formed in September 2005 by senior executives from across the outsourcing industry (both client-side and provider-side), specifically to support global Outsourcing Service Providers (OSPs).
As the outsourcing industry matures, increasingly, OSPs are looking for new ways to deliver services and fulfil their commercial obligations, without necessarily self-delivering all aspects of the overall scope of service. Atlas-GOSS is positioned as a broad spectrum support services partner with an evolving services portfolio, designed to meet emerging OSP requirements.
In our first 12 months of operation we have enjoyed the considerable support and encouragement of many of the outsourcing industry’s most senior figures and in particular from the executive leadership at the outsourcing industry’s founding Father.
Led by Stephen Bailey, Atlas-GOSS is a privately held UK company.
Atlas-GOSS is actively supporting OSPs with innovative solutions to both the strategic and operational challenges they face as the outsourcing industry matures.
Through skills2market.com Atlas-GOSS is helping OSPs to maximize the utilisation of their available resources, on a temporary, interim and potentially permanent basis during times when the OSP has employee capacity that is available for external deployment. Atlas-GOSS is bringing skills to market that would otherwise be unavailable to the market as a whole.

Throughout 2007 Atlas-GOSS is continuing to support Home-Start North East Hampshire (a registered Charity limited by Guarantee).
The Charity supports families under stress with at least 1 child under the age of 5 years and covers the areas of Farnborough, Blackwater Valley, Fleet, Yateley, Hook, Aldershot, Church Crookham and Odiham.
