A former Vice President – Global Outsourcing at Capgemini, Tony was responsible for advising on the structure, bidding and negotiating of big Outsourcing opportunities in over fifteen countries in a career spanning 35 years. He was the lead advisor on the successful Capgemini bid for the largest Outsourcing contract in the global IT market in 2003, one of the senior team that acquired the global consulting and IT business of Ernst & Young in 1999.

Claire Jones

A former Head of Strategy at Oracle UK, Claire was responsible for redesigning and implementing the corporate governance regime for UK and Ireland. She also managed Oracle’s Continuous Learning programme, a significant EMEA-wide culture change initiative. Previously Claire was Head of Consultancy for Atos Origin's largest business unit, Travel, Transport & Enterprise. Claire is a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants and holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography & Geology from Manchester University.

Caroline Newman
Independent Legal Advisor (Diversity & Equality)
Caroline is a senior solicitor, having qualified in March 2001.  She was a corporate solicitor in top City Law firm SJ Berwin before setting up and running her own successful practice. Prior to this she held management positions in Centrica plc and in local government. She is a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy, is an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). Caroline is a Member of The Law Society and chairs their Equality & Diversity Committee. She is also a Member of the Investigation Committee at the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Caroline holds a Masters in Law from the London School of Economics and a Diploma in Law from the College of Law, London.

Zahl Limbuwala:
Independent Advisor (Operations & Services)
A former Director of Operations - Managed Services at Cable & Wireless, Zahl was responsible for circa £350 million of revenue and circa 200 staff. He has substantial experience in IT & Network Operations management with a proven track record in the execution of major service delivery, change programmes and re-structures, in complex technology and business environments in UK, Europe, Asia and the USA. Zahl is a chartered IT professional and chartered engineer.
