Dan is today a specialist consultant practice focusing on the provision of advisory services around Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Process, Cost Reduction and Supply Chain Management.
Dan has worked with a number of global blue chip companies such as Telstra, Intercontinental Hotels, Le Meridien and 3663 First for Foodservice, and has delivered many key strategic projects and training sessions. Dan is a business graduate and trained accountant.

An experienced & qualified ACMA accountant with a proven track record of success with Sarbanes Oxley, Parvinder has worked on assignment for a wide array of companies including the likes of: The Linde Group; Cable & Wireless, Shell, Sony UK, KPMG and Vodafone.

A former Senior IT Consultant, Christophe's career has spanned over 20 years in a number of key arenas across Europe, the United States and Australia with clients such as IBM, Levi Strauss & Co, the Australian Taxation Office, the State of Arizona and the US Department of Education.
He has substantial people management experience across all major IT disciplines ranging from business & service process change, through ERP implementation and all aspects of Infrastructure service delivery.
Christophe is a Certified IT Service Management Consultant as recognised by EXIN, and a Certified IT Professional as recognised by the Australian Computer Society.
Bina Kantaria
Contact/Call Centre Operations & Services
A former project analyst and an internal consultant at Sitel, Bina was responsible for creating and implementing business processes, performance management systems and, change management systems for contracts such as Disneyland Resort Paris, The Daily Telegraph and Microsoft, all designed to deliver excellent Customer Service.
She has extensive experience in creating and implementing scheduling and forecasting systems in Call Centres, handling call volumes ranging from 7,000 to 60,000 a month and, experience of managing change programmes across EMEA. She was the lead consultant / project manager for the set up and operational launch of the Switch2 Telecoms Customer Services for Littlewoods.
Bina has a Masters in Business Administration and is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner.

A former Insurance and Risk management executive, Gwyn has over 30 years experience gained primarily in the Energy and Telecommunications Sectors. Working for the likes of OPOL, Marathon Oil, Kuwait Foreign Petroleum, Nimir Petroleum, KCA International and Interoute Telecommunications he has successfully redesigned each companies insurance portfolio and in doing so created substantial cost savings whilst at the same time enhancing protection.
Gwyn applies a forensic investigative approach to understanding the current arrangements and then through his expertise in Insurance applies logical research and analysis to find innovative solutions to the future insurance requirements. This invariably involves liaison across many departments and in particular with the Operational Business and Legal teams around Indemnity and Insurance Articles in contracts.
Gwyn is a Member of the Institute of Insurance Brokers and a former Executive Director of the Offshore Pollution Liability Association (OPOL).
