Infrastructure Operations Management

There was a time when an Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) could differentiate themselves on the way they managed infrastructure. Today, even though OSPs can still achieve a little differentation, no client really cares. Infrastructure Operations are commoditized and their day-to-day management does not differentiate one OSP from another.

So, whilst today, most OSPs still have large infrastructure management portfolios, in reality it is no longer core to their business.

There are a multitude of suppliers who can do bits of infrastructure management very efficiently and some that can do quite a lot. Not many though who would be willing to acquire the whole lot and, transform it into a managed service overnight.

Atlas-GOSS is prepared to assume this responsibility because we know that in doing so we will free up OSP operaitonal management capacity to focus on the strategic componants of the latest clients' transactional requirement.

Atlas-GOSS has the industry level consolidation of infrastructure operations clearly in its' sights.
